New this year to our DEMO STAGE in Exhibition Hall is the
CHEF'S CHALLENGE,
starting at Noon ...
Our Chef's are:
- Philip Tarlo, Chef, caterer, inn keeper;
- Burger Bob, Chef at Blue Mountain Golf Club, caterer;
- Eric Madden, Chef at Craigleith General Store, caterer.
These chef's are well known in the area and have many years of training and experience.
Our Judges are:
- Morgan Ian Adams - Managing Editor of the Enterprise Bulletin;
- Maxine Coutts-Reid, Food Service Supervisor at Sunset Manor,
- Rick Lloyd of Smarts Flowers - who likes to eat.
We will be having lots of fun on Sunday, so come and join in the fun and eats.
